Bitty service credits ("Credits") are a prepaid bundle of access to Bitty's infrastructure services. By purchasing Credits, you agree to the following terms.
Credits are not refundable once purchased. All sales are final. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary equivalent under any circumstances.
Credits are associated with your account and may not be transferred, gifted, sold, or otherwise assigned to another account or person.
Credits have no cash value. They are not money, are not stored monetary value, and represent no claim on Bitty's assets. Credits entitle you only to future use of Bitty's services while your account remains in good standing.
Credits do not expire while your account is active. If your account is cancelled or suspended for a violation of these Terms, remaining Credits are forfeited without refund.
A credit purchase is a completed transaction for a service bundle. Bitty is not holding funds on your behalf; you are purchasing a prepaid right to services, not depositing money.
Bitty may adjust the credit cost of services at any time. Existing Credits remain valid at whatever rate applies at the time of consumption. Significant rate changes will be communicated via the portal dashboard with reasonable advance notice.
Bitty Alerts is an SMS program that sends service and security alerts about your Bitty account and devices — for example, a failed backup or a service outage. You opt in by entering your mobile number for alerts in the Bitty portal and confirming it. Message frequency varies with the events being reported. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help; you can also contact support@bittyinc.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
